Strengthening Individuals

As of 2023, according to the World Health Organization (WHO):
About 280 million people globally are experiencing depression.
116 million in Africa are affected by depression, up from 53 million in 1990
66 million women in Africa suffer from depression and anxiety disorders
85% of affected women do not have access to treatment.
